Visiting Washington, D.C.

To request tickets for tours of the Capitol Building, the Supreme Court, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, or the White House, please fill out the form below. Please give at least 30 days notice so we can try to obtain your tickets.

Please remember that tours are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, and there are a limited number of tickets available each day.

The United States Capitol is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Timed tickets are required and can be obtained at the Capitol Visitor Facility located on the south side of the Capitol. The Capitol Guide Service will begin distributing tickets at 8:15 a.m., and a limited number of tickets are distributed on a daily basis.

White House Tours
You can request a White House tour three to six months in advance. These toursSelf-guided tours are available Tuesday through Saturday from 7:30-11:30am.

The White House requires that a group of at least ten people must be assembled for a tour. To accommodate families and groups of less than ten people, we are working with other Senate offices to meet the White House tour requirements. Once this request is submitted, the White House determines which groups are granted tours on a first-come first-serve basis. Availability is limited and submitted tour requests are not guaranteed. The White House confirms tours one month prior to the requested tour date.

This is the policy of the White House Visitors Office, not that of the Senate or my office. For additional information, you may call the White House Visitors 24-hour Information Line at 202-456-7041, or go to www.whitehouse.gov.

For more information about the Bureau of Engraving and Printing or the Supreme Court, please check out my Guide to Washington, D.C.

Fill out this form and click submit to request tour tickets! Be sure to do this well in advance -- at least 30 days before the dates you are requesting. Please note: tickets are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we cannot guarantee tickets to these attractions.
